About iwyk, inc. & Goods/Services Offered ▶

iwyk, inc. is a professional networking and verified introduction platform operated under the portfolio of AKVentures.ai. Our platform enables professionals — including executives, founders, MBAs, mid-career navigators, and boutique firms (“Seekers”) — to connect with vetted, senior industry professionals (“Advocates”) for paid, warm introductions and strategic route-mapping.

We operate a digital software and matchmaking platform (SaaS/marketplace). We are not a job board, staffing agency, recruiting firm, lead-generation service, or employer placement service. We do not guarantee employment, interview placement, or hiring outcomes. All services are strictly digital: network route-mapping, introduction brief evaluation, and relationship matchmaking software. Delivery records for all digital services are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

Platform & Payout Structure ▶

IWYK operates as a two-sided digital marketplace and software platform. Seekers pay fees to submit briefs and engage introductions; Advocates earn payouts from successfully fulfilled connection requests. iwyk, inc. collects payments from Seekers and disburses a portion of introduction fees to Advocates via a connected payout account.

This is a platform/marketplace model. We are the merchant of record for all Seeker transactions. Advocate payouts are processed through our payment infrastructure and are governed by separate Advocate payout terms. iwyk, inc. does not act as an employer, staffing agency, or financial institution for Advocates — Advocates are independent professionals using the platform to monetize introductions within their existing network.

Refund & Dispute Policy ▶

Our transaction fees are structured as follows:

  • Discovery Query Fees: The $25 per-query fee is non-refundable. This fee covers route evaluation and redacted discovery regardless of whether an introduction is ultimately facilitated.
  • Introduction Fees: Introduction fees are charged only when an advocate accepts and initiates fulfillment of your brief. If you believe you were charged in error, contact customer support within 14 days of the charge to request a case review.
  • Dispute Resolution: If you experience any billing discrepancies, please reach out immediately at support@itswhoyouknow.ai. We review all disputes within 3 business days.
Cancellation Policy ▶

IWYK operates on a per-transaction model. There is no monthly subscription for seekers.

  • Discovery query fees ($25/query) are non-refundable once submitted. They are not recurring charges.
  • Introduction fees are charged only upon advocate acceptance. If an advocate declines or no match is accepted, no introduction fee is captured.
  • Advocates who purchase an annual Charter Membership ($500/year) may request cancellation by emailing support@itswhoyouknow.ai. No further renewals will be charged after cancellation. Charter Membership fees are non-refundable once the annual term has commenced.
Delivery & Fulfillment Policy ▶

All services offered by iwyk, inc. are entirely digital. We do not sell or ship physical products.

  • Discovery Queries: Route evaluation and redacted discovery results are delivered digitally following brief submission and payment.
  • Introduction Requests: Introduction delivery occurs once an advocate reviews, accepts, and initiates a warm digital introduction (via a structured email, meeting scheduling, or equivalent handoff). Advocates are expected to initiate fulfillment promptly upon acceptance.
Legal, Age & Export Restrictions ▶

Services are provided in full compliance with United States laws and financial regulations:

  • Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register a seeker or advocate account and complete transactions on this platform.
  • Sanctioned Regions: We do not conduct business operations, route introductions, or process payments for individuals or entities residing in countries or regions subject to US trade embargoes or sanctions.
